How Can I Be Sure About Our Booking?
The Booking comfirmation will be sent to your e-mail address on time of booking.
When you make a booking with us, We will send you a confirmation email and also charge your card/bank account for the transaction.
If you have not received a confirmation email or reservation number, please contact the us to make sure your reservation has been confirmed.
Step 1) Check your email for a booking confirmation (it should have been sent when you made your booking.)
Step 2) It’s worth checking your junk or spam email if you can’t find it.
Step 3) If you can’t find your confirmation and you’re still not sure, the best thing to do is to check your bank statement, which should show you the travel agent’s name next to any charge.
